Dr. Ubaldo Miranda, Dr. Ramsés Vega and José A. Vélez, all with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, have a common goal: closing spaces come in high quality . health care and the hard work of people who cannot afford care due to lack of insurance, high deductibles, or multiple co-pays.
They all work hand in hand with communities to meet their needs. Creating solutions and offering convenient, safe and high-quality laboratory services at an affordable price.
At Care Labs 4 Less we feel like ambassadors for the 28 million people who are uninsured, have high deductibles and are self-pay, attention and participation are required to provide low-cost solutions for all.

A healer by nature, Dr. Miranda is committed to his patients and helping them reach their best healthcare potential.
With over 30 years of experience and a successful career, Dr. Miranda's focus has been research. He worked for Einstein Medical Research in Miami, FL and was responsible for the biomedical science, biophotonics and molecular cell therapy simulation program, where he designed. He analyzed and tested the therapeutic device in clinical studies.
Dr. Miranda also worked at the Miami VA hospital in the E-Learning Laboratory and in multimedia research. She has been an advocate for the use of e-learning and educational technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of health education.
Known for his high personal standards of quality and professional integrity, Dr. Miranda is proud to provide Care Labs 4 Less services to our communities.
Kind at heart and outstanding by choice, Dr. Vega graduated at the top of his class with Summa Cum Laude honors from the Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1989. Throughout his almost 30-year medical career, he has created and directed large groups of doctors. , providing care in hospitals, nursing homes, offices and hospice. He is a volunteer member of the Ethics Department of the Florida State Medical Board and a member of the National Health Task Force Committee based in Washington, DC since 2004.
One of his passions outside of medicine is his missionary work and service to the disadvantaged population. . He earned a bachelor's degree in theological studies and is an ordained minister. He currently participates in various missions and soup kitchen centers in Nicaragua and other countries. He was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award by President Barack Obama in 2014.
Dr. Vega's other accomplishments include: receiving the prestigious Thomas K. Browne 2010 National Champion Physician Award; chosen in 2009, 2010 and 2012 among the best practicing Internal Medicine doctors in Miami by the publication Patients Care Choice; chosen among the top 100 practicing physicians in the country in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008 by US Best Practices; published in Presidential Who’s Who Consumer Report from 2007 to 2013; elected to represent the United States of America as a primary care physician at the 2001 World Health Symposium; Secretary of Treasurer of the University of Miami Hospital; member of the Advisory Board Committee of the Pan American Hospital; Clinical Professor of the ARNP Program at Florida International University; Clinical Professor at Ross University School of Medicine.
Currently, Dr. Vega is involved in business work developing and creating innovative programs and working with institutions in the community to provide excellent and cost-effective healthcare service to underserved communities. Currently, Dr. Vega is actively doing administrative work, teaching, researching, practicing medicine, and doing missionary work.
With an MBA in Global Management and Healthcare, Joe oversees all leadership, management, frontline systems and quality management training for the organization.
With over 20 years of management experience, he found his passion in the healthcare industry. Joe has worked with Humana, Tenet Healthcare and Vitas Healthcare.
With the integrity and determination of a great team player, his vision and passion for healthcare naturally drives him to join Care Labs 4Less, where he shares Dr. Miranda and Dr. Vega's goal of providing healthcare services. quality at low cost.
Mr. Vélez is considered an experienced leader with a proven track record of meeting quality and profitability requirements within complex and collaborative organizational environments. He is a diplomatic and energetic problem solver who delivers superior results and works with diverse groups and professionals at various levels.
